Jacquelyn Adams speaker for 4Front

Jacquelyn Adams began her training career teaching high school math in Swahili in a rural Tanzanian village for two years. Upon returning to the US, she combined her love of teaching with her degree in computer engineering to become a corporate engineering trainer. After spending a decade as a top-rated instructor, she founded a consulting company, Ristole. Ristole revitalizes workforces by partnering with client corporations to create engaging employee learning and development programs. Jacquelyn is an IEEE senior member and serves as the Vice-Chair of IEEE’s Continuing Education Committee. For her professional achievements, she has received local and national recognition including Top 40 Under 40, Outstanding Young Alumni, and Outstanding Women in Business. Jacquelyn is the first IEEE weekly blogger sharing leadership lessons learned from her experiences as a Peace Corps volunteer, corporate engineering trainer, and entrepreneur.
