Building the future will require a whole new level of cross-industry collaboration and input from the brightest minds to develop consumer products and applications for a new era.

We believe that attending 4Front will help people make connections that will result in better business outcomes, but to reach that goal we will hold ourselves and all conference attendees accountable for the following policies.

Respect for All

At 4Front we insist on respect for all people and their values so we can create an honest, unbiased and unprejudiced environment. We want new ideas to be heard and to facilitate thought-provoking conversations, and we believe that can’t happen unless our attendees feel safe to express their viewpoints.

We are committed to making 4Front inclusive and a place where everyone will be treated equally regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion (or lack thereof), physical appearance, politics, ideology, age, gender identity or national origin.

Be Kind

We require all guests to behave respectfully and to be kind to one another. Harassment and insults have no place at 4Front and will not be tolerated in any form during the conference. Deliberate derogatory or discriminatory language and/or behavior intended to cause harm to others is not permitted, and the offender(s) will be asked to stop the behavior immediately.

If you see someone behaving disrespectfully during the conference, please let the 4Front staff know as soon as possible so it can be addressed appropriately and expediently.

Be a Connector

We encourage you to connect with other attendees in helpful ways. Build and share ideas, network with other attendees, make introductions and be a catalyst for building the future. While not required, we believe it will make the conference more fulfilling and rewarding for everyone.

We take all concerns seriously and promise to use discretion in handling any incidents.
