A passionate technologist and entrepreneur whose primary mission is to have a positive impact on the world, Joe Thurman is the chief executive for Jobber Group. With over 10 years’ experience in people operations and 6 years’ experience in executive development, Joe has worked with hundreds of technology executives and sits on the board of the Colorado Technology Association with some of the biggest tech names in the state.
Joe founded the organization now known as Jobber Group to help companies scale with the right people in place. Prior to becoming a founder, Joe worked for several Denver-based consulting firms and focused on helping companies—from startups to Fortune 100 enterprises—solve complex technology problems and devise talent acquisition strategies.
Joe’s strengths lie in building companies and assembling teams of talented people. Helping leaders build inclusive organizations where #PEOPLEMATTER has been his objective for almost 15 years. Joe believes that a connected world only thrives when we are an inclusive world. By effectively coaching people and empowering them to value curiosity, we can unlock the mindset that encourages inclusion, diversity and a vision of human equality
